The tools

The estimate/invoice generator and labor-quote calculator run entirely in your browser. Shop info, logo, customer, vehicle and line-item data are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.

Email signup (optional)

If you subscribe, we store only your email address (with the date you signed up). It's used for occasional tool updates and tips, and it's never shared or sold. It's stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider.

Unsubscribe / deletion

Use the unsubscribe page to delete your address immediately, or reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to hello@scantoolmatch.com.

Cookies and analytics

We don't set cookies, and we don't run ads or third-party trackers. Cloudflare may keep standard server logs for security and operations.
