How to use
- Enter your shop name and phone once. They're shared with the other tools on this device.
- Enter the vehicle, mileage, and the oil type and capacity you used (from service information).
- Set the next-service interval in miles and months; the due mileage and date are calculated (whichever comes first).
- Tick the checklist items and add notes, then print the checklist for the customer.
- Choose a sticker size, do a plain-paper test print, then print on your label sheet or windshield sticker stock.
FAQ
Does this tool know my vehicle's oil type and capacity?
No. You enter the oil type, specification and capacity from the owner's manual or service information. The tool has no built-in vehicle data, so it can't give you wrong specs.
How is the next service due calculated?
Next due mileage = mileage at service + your mileage interval. Next due date = service date + your interval in months. The sticker shows both, whichever comes first. The 5,000 mi / 6 month defaults are only examples. Use the oil life monitor or the manufacturer's schedule.
Which label sheets are supported?
Avery 5160/8160 (1 × 2⅝ in, 30 per sheet) and 5163/8163 (2 × 4 in, 10 per sheet) on US Letter, single windshield stickers (2 × 2, 2.5 × 2.5 or 3 × 2 in), or a custom sheet where you enter the template measurements. Always do a plain-paper test print at 100% scale.
Can I skip labels I've already used on a sheet?
Yes. Set "Start at label position" to the first unused label (counting left to right, top to bottom).
Is any customer data uploaded?
No. Shop info, the checklist and the service details are saved only in this browser on this device.
