How to use
- Enter shop info once. It's shared with the estimate & invoice generator on this device.
- Customize the item list: add your own checks or remove the ones you don't do. Your list is remembered.
- During the inspection, tap G, Y or R for each item and add a short note where needed.
- Enter tread depth, pressure and pad thickness. Values at or below your flag levels show in red on the printout.
- Print or save as PDF, then quote the red and yellow items with the labor-quote calculator.
FAQ
What does green, yellow and red mean?
Green means OK at the time of inspection, yellow means it needs attention soon, and red means it needs attention now. Each shop sets its own criteria.
Can I add my own inspection items?
Yes. Add items to any section or remove ones you don't check. Your custom list is saved in this browser.
What tread depth and pad thickness should I flag?
The flag levels are editable defaults. Use the manufacturer's specifications, your shop policy and your local legal requirements.
How do I give the customer a copy?
Click Print / Save as PDF. The printout drops the form and shows a clean one-page-style report with your shop info, and you can save it as a PDF from the print dialog.
Is the customer's data stored online?
No. Everything stays in your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
